Dealflo (formerly NexImmo) is a product I design, build and run. It is aimed at professional property dealers in France.
Property dealers were still relying on Excel and gut feeling: watching listing sites by hand, redoing margin calculations manually and tracking deals in spreadsheets. Existing tools were generic and did not follow their workflow.
A SaaS in three parts: a scanner sending alerts every 6 hours across more than 300 portals, a complete margin calculator (purchase, works, tax, net margin) and a deal pipeline from prospecting to resale.
