I work on a fixed-price basis: an audit sets the scope, then I quote a fixed price before starting, billed in stages, with no time-and-materials billing. An AI automation starts at €3,500; a custom SaaS or a mobile app is quote-based. For high-potential projects, I also offer a revenue-share partnership.
I prefer to state prices upfront. Every project starts with an audit that sets the scope and the price before any commitment.

How I bill
Projects are billed at a fixed price: set after the audit and split by milestone. No time-and-materials billing, no surprise overruns.
Frequently asked questions
For custom SaaS, expect 4 to 10 weeks depending on complexity. An automation is usually quicker. I deliver in iterations, so you see the product move forward from week one.
Automations start at €3,500. For SaaS, I quote a fixed price after the audit: it is set and stated before we start.
On a fixed-price project, the code is handed over to you on delivery with its documentation. In a partnership, ownership is set out in the agreement.
A stabilisation period is planned to quickly fix usage issues and secure adoption. After that, monthly maintenance is available if you want it.
